Hello 2025

As I sit here reflecting on the past year, I can’t help but feel so grateful for everything we accomplished together in 2024. Your support—whether through a kind message, a purchase, or a visit to my booth at a local market—means the world to me. It’s because of you that Katie Laine Handmade continues to grow and thrive.

 

Last year brought so many special moments for my business. My holiday collection felt like my best work yet! From the new candle jars (which I’ll definitely keep using) to the well-rounded product lineup, I couldn’t have been prouder of what I created. And while I didn’t finish everything I set out to, it’s a reminder that creativity is a journey—and there’s always room to grow and dream bigger.

 

I also tried new things, like attending the Odessa Deutschesfest, a three-day market that introduced me to so many wonderful new customers. And in October, Katie Laine Handmade turned three! Although I didn’t celebrate in the moment (I was enjoying a dream trip to Italy), I’m already thinking of ways to mark the big fourth anniversary in 2025.

 

One of my proudest moments was entering the Etsy Design Awards challenge. I didn’t win or place, but I learned so much from the process. It was a huge step outside my comfort zone, and I’m already looking forward to entering again this year with fresh ideas.

 

Of course, the moments that truly stand out are the ones where I connected with all of you. A customer shared that she’s purchased several of my headbands and loves wearing them. Others came back for hand creams, telling stories about coworkers stealing theirs, needing extras for their cars or desks, or even picking up one for their boyfriend. These little stories remind me why I do what I do—it’s about creating things that bring joy to your everyday life.

 

What’s Coming in 2025?

 

Without giving too much away, here’s a little sneak peek at what’s in store:

• Fresh Collections: I’m diving into some bold, new ideas that I think you’re going to love. Expect beautiful designs, cozy textures, and a few twists on some classic favorites.

• Market Days & Events: My market schedule is filling up with some exciting dates and locations. I’ll be back at some familiar spots, but there may be a few new places popping up on my calendar!

Looking Ahead
